Chef Stuart and his culinary teams have designed menus that will make for a great Valentine’s Day celebration with their amazing food and Italian wine and spirits.

Alaskan Dungeness crab Russian salad

Idaho Trout in carpione

Raviolo with egg yolk, ricotta and lemon zest.

Saccocia (rolled and roasted pork belly) with herbs and roasted carrots

Hazelnut torrone semifreddo with caramelize honey sauce

Rabbit and foie gras terrine

Warm salt cod bruschetta

Fontina caramelle with pinenuts and sage

New York steak with white truffle butter and potato gratin

Chocolate bonet with almond cream.

 

Valentine’s Day at Spinasse

This Valentine’s Day, join Chefs Jason Stratton and Carrie Mashaney at Spinasse to enjoy two amazing, prix fixe dinner menu options that will assuredly make for a wonderful evening of great food and wine. These menu items are in a sense some of Spinasse’s “greatest hits,” as they are among the favorite dishes made by Carrie and Jason over the last four years. Make your reservations soon, as they are sure to fill up.

Fennel in carpione with poached oysters and chervil

Cauliflower and toasted anchovy flan with braised pinenuts and local black truffles

Lasagna of hedgehog mushrooms and wild huckleberries

Poached duck breast with negroni flavors, caramelized cabbage, and local foie gras

Bombolini with truffle salt and meyer lemon cream

MENU II

Winter Russian salad with sunchoke, salsa tonnata and rabbit loin

Poached egg under glass with fonduta and local white truffles

Tajarin with spot prawns and braised geoduck sauce

Veal and pheasant capunet with sweetbreads and verjus

Chocolate and rum bunet with amaretti and blood orange
