The James Beard Foundation announced its list of semi-finalists for the 2011 James Beard Awards today. Among the list of local nominees in the Best Chef Northwest category is Spinasse chef Jason Stratton.
Stratton is in good company, with other local chefs such as Matt Dillon (Sitka & Spruce), Mark Fuller (Spring Hill), and Seif Chirchi and Rachel Yang (Joule).
Winners will be announced at the awards gala on May 9.
